Quality of descriptions

As a company setting new standards in teleradiology, we are available 24/7. We offer comprehensive professional and technical support – we won’t leave you hanging, even if the issue isn’t our fault.

The reconsultation process is fully supported technically in our teleradiology system.

First, submit the report for reconsultation via a dedicated system.

In justified cases, you can:

  • contact a radiologist,
  • add or correct the report.

Additional support is provided by our 24/7 Customer Service Department.

Yes, in exceptional cases, you can contact a radiologist. To do so, please contact our 24/7 Customer Service at 500 093 393 and provide details of the matter requiring contact with a radiologist.

System Integration and Implementation

DICOM integration is the basic integration method – using this connection, you submit examinations for teleradiology analysis. Using the system provided by Telediagnosis, you create an order and track its status until the result is returned, electronically signed by the radiologist.

HL7 integration is an advanced integration method where the teleradiology system runs “in the background,” and you perform all activities within your own RIS system.

HL7 integration is a more expensive integration method than DICOM. The final integration price is based on two components:

  • costs incurred by the teleradiology system provider (fixed cost, easily estimated),
  • costs incurred by your RIS provider – please contact your system provider directly regarding this matter.

If you choose DICOM integration, installation at your facility will be quick and efficient. After accepting the terms of the contract, we will install the necessary equipment and conduct comprehensive staff training within 5 business days. If you choose HL7 integration (temporary launch of rapid DICOM integration), we are dependent on the timeframe provided by your system provider. Standard implementation time is between 14 and 60 days.

The training is conducted online using a link sent via email. To participate, connect with us by clicking the link provided. During the training, the instructor will share their screen and guide participants step-by-step through the entire process of submitting a study to teleradiology. We recommend that as many of your employees responsible for submitting studies for analysis as possible participate. The training typically lasts about 60 minutes, but we will devote as much time as necessary to fully understand the system. After completing the training, you will also receive a detailed user manual, allowing you to return to specific topics at any time.

In the Telediagnosis system, through HL7 integration, we transmit a complete package of documents, including:

  • a PDF examination description signed with a certificate,
  • an HL7 CDA (PIK) document,

which should then be exported to the Medical Events System (P1).

Billing and Formalities

At the end of each month, by the 5th of the following month, you will receive a detailed summary of all reports. This summary includes information on the type of report, date of completion, and number of reports. It is generated directly from the teleradiology system; the file is encrypted. An invoice is issued along with the summary, in accordance with the applicable contract.

Of course – by using our services, you can fulfill your contract with the National Health Fund (NFZ) for both inpatient and outpatient specialist care. This is possible by registering Telediagnosis with any of the Provincial Branches of the National Health Fund.
