We built Telediagnosis around one idea: radiology expertise available whenever it is needed.
Telediagnosis is a teleradiology company in Poland that brings together specialist radiologists, technology and round-the-clock operational support in a single system, so that distance no longer determines access to specialist diagnostic expertise. Today, that means more than 190 radiologists, over 130 partner healthcare facilities and more than 3.2 million X-ray, CT, MRI and mammography reports delivered since 2017.
Nine years of growth, driven by acute and emergency care
Telediagnosis grew primarily in the parts of the healthcare system where access to radiologists is most challenging: county hospitals and hospital emergency departments. The annual figures show both the scale and the changing profile of that growth.

Reading the data
What this growth means
The structure of growth reflects our client profile: 72% of the 115 facilities invoiced in January–February 2026 are public-sector providers (company data) and Telediagnosis provides reporting services to about 60 of Poland's 251 hospital emergency departments (251: emergency department records in the RPRM system, as of 6 October 2026; about 60: company estimate). The rising share of emergency reports shows that healthcare facilities rely on us not only for routine reporting, but increasingly for acute studies whose findings may influence treatment decisions within hours. The scope is growing in parallel: alongside radiography and CT, magnetic resonance (61,237 MRI reports in 2025) and studies requiring a subspecialist make up a growing share. In total, by September 2026 we had delivered over 3.2 million reports (company data, as of 23 September 2026).

3How we work
A reporting centre that operates around the clock
Every radiology report is a physician's work, but delivering it on time also depends on the organisation around the reporting process. Every healthcare facility and radiologist is supported by a defined operational team, reachable through a single phone number and e-mail address.
Over 190 specialist radiologists report remotely on workstations with diagnostic monitors. Between several and a dozen or more radiologists are on duty at any given time, so emergency studies do not depend on the availability of a single radiologist, while difficult cases can be discussed within the wider team, including with relevant subspecialists (company data, 2026). At peak times, on-call studies are triaged by radiology residents.
Around the clock
24/7 coordination and medical support
Medical coordinators trained in radiography are the first point of contact for radiologists and healthcare facilities, around the clock. They keep track of turnaround times for emergency (CITO) studies and the allocation of studies to on-call radiologists, pass urgent requests from facilities on to radiologists, respond via chat and phone, and help with day-to-day matters relating to studies and software. Where an issue needs a radiologist or an IT specialist, they pass it to the right person and follow it through to a response.
Working days
Rotas and routine studies
The team prepares radiologists' on-call rotas and routine reporting schedules and keeps studies flowing smoothly to reporting. It makes sure the radiologist receives a complete request together with the available clinical information and relevant prior imaging.
Working days
Account managers and onboarding
Every healthcare facility has its own account manager: from the proposal, through the contract and onboarding, to staff training and ongoing changes to service scope. One person who knows the facility, the scope of cooperation and the contract.
Around the clock
IT and integrations
Telediagnosis runs more than 80 active HL7 integrations across Poland (company data, as of 23 September 2026) and works on the Radpoint teleradiology platform, which also handles the HL7 CDA documents that facilities submit to the national P1 platform.
A dedicated IT team manages DICOM and HL7 integrations with RIS/PACS systems, configures and maintains radiologists' reporting workstations, and looks after the cloud infrastructure and technical security. Urgent issues are handled by the 24/7 coordination desk.
Working days
Billing and administration
The team prepares monthly statements of completed reports and invoices for healthcare facilities, handles settlements with radiologists, prepares documents for contracts and for National Health Fund (NFZ) registration, and handles HR matters. Statements and invoices for facilities are prepared by the 5th day of the following month.
Working days
Data protection and quality
Data protection is overseen by the Data Protection Officer, and cooperation with healthcare facilities also covers data processing agreements and legal support. Telediagnosis has a certified ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, and the vendor of the Radpoint teleradiology system holds ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification.
