Hardware, Software, and Technical Requirements

Telediagnosis can provide an annotation station. Alternatively, you can use your own equipment if it meets the technical requirements. The software is fully provided by the company and includes the annotation system and DICOM viewers.

Telediagnosis runs on the Radpoint system and uses the Dicompass and OsiriX DICOM viewers. The company recommends a DICOM viewer, but it’s possible to connect another certified viewer upon prior arrangement.

The imaging station should be equipped with a graphics card supporting at least 10-bit color depth.

For conventional radiology, two monochrome diagnostic monitors with a minimum resolution of 3 MP and the ability to calibrate according to the DICOM GSDF standard are required.

Yes. Current specialized monitor tests are required, performed annually. Once your collaboration begins, Telediagnosis will provide support in organizing these tests.

Work Organization and On-Call Shifts

Yes. On-call shifts are scheduled a month in advance, allowing physicians to conveniently plan their work and ensuring continuity of service.

Yes. Physicians can request additional shifts up to a week in advance, depending on schedule availability.

Yes. Schedules are planned monthly and can be permanent.

Yes. The schedule can be synchronized with external calendars, such as Google Calendar.

We recommend submitting your vacation plans as far in advance as possible, which makes it easier to plan your shifts.

Workflow and Communication

The primary communication channel is a dedicated chat available 24/7. Telephone contact is also available.

Yes. You can work from any location, provided you have access to a work station and a stable internet connection.

Yes. The Telediagnosis technical team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Descriptive System, Examination Modes, and SLAs

Yes. Urgent and emergency examinations are clearly marked in the descriptive system, allowing for prioritization.

Turnaround times depend on the type of examination (elective, urgent, emergency) and arrangements with the facility. The physician has access to information about the applicable SLAs before the start of the shift.

Telediagnosis handles the initial verification of tests. If any are missing, the doctor can report the issue to the surgical team via a dedicated chat.

Description Quality and Consultation

Yes. The system allows you to view the description history. Editing after signing requires contacting the team available 24/7.

Yes. Consultation with the Medical Director or other radiologists collaborating with Telediagnosis is possible.

Telediagnosis has a dedicated reference database to help determine the number of anatomical regions.

Collaboration and Onboarding

After accepting the offer, the doctor provides the required documents. The contract is signed electronically, followed by setup (approx. 30 minutes) and training (approx. 60 minutes – depending on the doctor’s needs).

Yes. Residents can participate in emergency triage with systemic support.

No. We recommend specifying the scope of expertise and subspecialties.

No. The number of tests is adjusted based on the doctor’s availability.

Responsibility, Security, and AI

Data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and applicable regulations, using high security standards.

Not at this time. Any changes would be communicated transparently and would not be implemented unilaterally.

No. The use of AI does not affect the rates or pricing of the examination report. Fees depend on the type of examination, procedure, number of anatomical regions, and the terms of the collaboration.

Yes. AI is used solely as a supporting tool. The final interpretation always rests with the physician.

The radiologist bears professional responsibility for the report they prepare. Telediagnosis provides organizational and quality support.

Billing

The physician receives a summary of the descriptions by the 5th of each month. The invoice must be sent to the email address provided by the 10th of the month.
